New England’s Spectacular Fall Foliage coach tour

Day 1- Arrive New York
Upon arrival in New York transfer independently to your hotel and then enjoy time at leisure.

Day 2- New York, Philadelphia & Washington, DC
Depart New York for Philadelphia and spend the morning exploring the historic district. See the Liberty Bell and stroll through Independence National Historic Park and Mall. Then continue to Washington, DC.

Day 3- Washington, DC
During a city tour see highlights including the U.S. Capital Building, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, the White House and Arlington National Cemetery, site of the JFK Memorial. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Day 4- Washington, DC, Gettysburg & Niagara Falls, Canada
Visit Gettysburg National Military Park, site of one of the most decisive battles during the American Civil War. Then travel through upstate New York to Buffalo and cross the border into Canada, to the mighty Niagara Falls.

Day 5- Niagara Falls, The Great Lakes & Detroit
Spend the morning sightseeing at Niagara Falls. In the late afternoon, return to the United States and head to a suburb of Detroit, known as ‘Motor City USA’. Evening at leisure.

Day 6- Detroit & Chicago
Make an early start to visit the fascinating Henry Ford Museum and nearby Ford production plant. Travel along Lake Michigan to Chicago.

Day 7- Chicago
After a city tour enjoys the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8- Chicago, Mississippi River crossing & Sioux City
Travel through the Midwest, then cross the mighty Mississippi River and travel into the state of Iowa to Sioux City.

Day 9- Sioux City, Mount Rushmore & Rapid City
Travel west through the grasslands of South Dakota and onwards to Badlands National Park. Then continue to the Black Hills and Mount Rushmore, before arriving in Rapid City for the evening.

Day 10- Rapid City, Bighorn Mountains, Cody
Enter the state of Wyoming, passing the Bighorn Mountains and continue to Cody for the night.

Day 11- Cody & Yellowstone National Park
Head to Yellowstone where highlights include Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and the beautiful Hayden Valley.

Day 12- Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park & Salt Lake City
Travel through Grand Teton National Park (weather permitting) and see towering mountain peaks and continue to Salt Lake City. See the State Capitol building and visit famed Temple Square before arriving at the hotel for the evening.

Day 13- Salt Lake City & Bryce Canyon National Park
Continue today to spectacular Bryce Canyon and take a tour through the sandstone spires and pinnacles.

Day 14- Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon & Flagstaff
Depart Bryce Canyon and journey to Lake Powell, then visit the colossal Grand Canyon, National Park. Stop at the Canyon rim to fully appreciate the canyon’s plunging gorges. This evening will be spent in Flagstaff.

Day 15- Flagstaff, Seligman/Route 66 & Las Vegas
Travel through Seligman, a town built along the famed Route 66 before arriving in Las Vegas for the time at leisure to explore the famous ‘Strip’.

Day 16- Las Vegas, Mojave Desert, Beverly Hills & Depart Los Angeles
Travel to Los Angeles via the Mojave Desert. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, enjoy a city tour through Hollywood, Sunset Strip and parts of Beverly Hills. Tour ends at approximately 6 pm.
