Day 1- Arrive Cairns
This afternoon meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Reception followed by a Welcome Dinner overlooking the stunning crystal clear water of the Coral Sea. Dine on award-winning modern Australian cuisine using the freshest local produce at the ultimate tropical beachfront restaurant.
Day 2- Daintree
Join your Aboriginal guide on an exclusive journey to discover Daintree and gain insight into the local Kuku Yulanji people. Enjoy a lunch in a tranquil and relaxing rainforest setting. This evening relax and dine at your leisure.
Day 3- Great Barrier Reef
Discover the magic of the Great Barrier Reef on a cruise that will take you to three secluded outer reef dive sights. Enjoy a delicious tropical lunch on board before returning to Palm Cove.
Day 4- Cairns & Alice Springs
Fly from Cairns to Alice Springs. Visit School of the Air and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, a crucial service which provides a lifeline of essential medical support for people living in remote Australian communities. Tonight enjoy an incredible dining experience in a bush setting. Dinner will be cooked in a bush camp oven, with burning Mulga wood giving extra flavour to the meal, and will feature some traditional bush foods. Your host Bob will share some tips on his cooking style and his knowledge of Aboriginal bush foods
while you dine under the stars of the Milky Way.
Day 5- Alice Springs & Kings Canyon
This morning you’ll travel to the Henbury Meteorite Conservation Reserve, then in the afternoon enjoy a walk along the Creek Bed of Kings Canyon. In the evening you’re treated to a unique dining experience at Kings Canyon Resort.
Day 6– Kings Canyon & Uluru
At sunrise, you’re off on a 6km Rim Walk of the spectacular Kings Canyon to see
sights such as the domed ‘Lost City’ and Cotterill’s Lookout. Visit Curtin Springs Station for a barbeque lunch. In the evening witness a spectacular Uluru sunset.
Day 7- Uluru & Kata Tjuta
Start this highlight day with an impressive sunrise over Kata Tjuta and Uluru. Then it’s off to the Uluru – Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre for an insight into the history of the local Anangu people. Then join your Travel Director for a walk through Walpa Gorge and an afternoon walk around the base of Uluru.
Day 8- Uluru & Sydney
Enjoy some free time before your flight to Sydney. On arrival at your harbourside hotel, enjoy a drink and canapés at The Langham.
Day 9- Sydney & Blue Mountains
Breathe in the pristine air and discover icons such as the Three Sisters at Echo Point, Govett’s Leap Lookout and Bridal Veil Falls, before you delve deeper, travelling off the well-worn track to secluded lookouts and peaceful short bushwalks where your group may be the only ones around.
Day 10- Blue Mountains & Hunter Valley
Travel to the wine region of the Hunter Valley for a day of good food, great wine and beautiful scenery with lunch along the way. You may like to sit on your balcony with a good book and bottle of wine, or treat yourself to one of their many day spa options. Tonight enjoy dinner at the resort.
Day 11- Hunter Valley & Sydney
Get ready for a day of sailing on Sydney Harbour on board an America’s Cup
yacht, taking in iconic sights like the Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the Rocks district.
Day 12- Sydney
Take a stroll along the coastal walk before a VIP guided tour of iconic Sydney Opera House with lunch. After a free afternoon to explore, meet up with your group for one last meal together as your holiday draws to an end.
Day 13- Depart Sydney
Your Inspiring Journey will conclude in the morning when you are transferred by private car to Sydney Airport.
